Responsibilities
• Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload heavy freight and materials within the warehouse.
• Assemble various parts and components accurately according to specific production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders and picking sheets to ensure the correct parts are selected for shipment.
• Perform "hand bombing" of items, manually moving and stacking stock as needed.
• Off-load incoming trailers and re-organize warehouse stock to maintain an efficient workspace.
• Load outbound trailers with freight, ensuring all items are secured for transit.
• Utilize a manual pallet jack to transport pallets to designated staging areas.
• Prepare and wrap items for shipment, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the manufacturing & logistics facility.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating a forklift (certification required).
• Ability to perform repetitive, focused tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for parts assembly and technical production work.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail when reading work orders and picking sheets.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with a team in manufacturing & logistics.
