As a Warehouse Associate, you will be reporting directly to Sheldon and working at a medium to fast pace. Since mistakes can be costly, your focus on accuracy is essential to the success of the operations. You will be using your Counterbalance license and hands-on skills to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely move materials around the facility
- Performing general labor duties including order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving (S/R)
- Utilizing an RF scanner to accurately track and manage inventory
- Safely lifting and moving products, collaborating with team members for longer or awkwardly shaped items
- Operating a pallet jack and using a skill saw to cut materials as required
- Maintaining a medium to fast pace of work without compromising on accuracy
Qualifications
- A valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift License is mandatory
- At least one year of previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
- Ability to comfortably perform physical lifting, working with a partner for heavier items
- Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all daily tasks
