As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle daily order picking and inventory management using digital tools. You will work on-site at a modern facility alongside a team that values courtesy and collaboration. Use a digital tablet to locate, track, and pick inventory accurately.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely.
• Organize stock and maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor.
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing & logistics standards.
• Work collaboratively and maintain a polite, mannerly attitude with teammates.
Qualifications
Skills
• Digital literacy to comfortably navigate tablet applications.
• High school level math for accurate inventory counting.
• Strong teamwork and cooperative communication skills.
• Good spatial awareness and attention to detail.
Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Brantford warehouse.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English for workplace safety.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion.
• High school level of mathematical proficiency.
• Forklift experience is a great asset but not a deal-breaker.
