In this role, you will play a key part in the daily logistics and distribution of soft goods, ensuring orders are accurately selected, inspected, and prepared for shipping.

Standard full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no weekends
Clean, modern, organized, and well-lit workspace
Consistent full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Pick correct apparel items, sizes, and colors using pick sheets or handheld scanners
Fold, pack, and package orders neatly into shipping containers
Sort incoming and outgoing merchandise and apply shipping labels accurately
Inspect clothing for defects, correct tags, and quality before shipping
Assist with basic inventory counts and keep workstations clean and organized
Qualifications
Ability to pass a standard Criminal Record Check prior to placement
Strong attention to detail when matching SKUs and order numbers
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light lifting throughout an 8-hour shift
Demonstrated punctuality and a strong work ethic
Asset: Previous experience in order picking, packing, retail stock, or fulfilment
