Responsibilities
Orchestrate all communications related to operational requests with the various stakeholders involved.
Establish precise scheduling for order preparation based on critical shipping time windows.
Coordinate and assign daily operational tasks in close collaboration with the existing supervision team.
Rigorously validate the compliance of new requests received, respecting the framework of established contractual agreements.
Diligently apply the highest quality standards and safety regulations currently in force within the industry.
Analyze key performance indicators to propose improvements aimed at operational excellence and process efficiency.
Qualifications
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in transport logistics or a relevant management field.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a coordination, team lead, or warehouse supervision role.
Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, with particular ease in using software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple mandates simultaneously while maintaining a high level of precision in a dynamic environment.
A "Yellow Belt" certification is considered a major asset that will significantly enhance your candidacy for this Warehouse & Receiving Coordinator

Our client operates in Canada and on a global/international scale, in the United States and other countries. The company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and when its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English, both orally and in writing. In particular, this position will require the employee to collaborate with other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French and provide them with the necessary support.
