Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 40 workforce members and 3 supervisors across day and afternoon shifts to enhance overall engagement and morale.
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and 3PL distribution initiatives, effectively managing approximately 20 inbound and outbound trucks daily.
- Track, analyze, and optimize critical operational metrics, specifically monitoring cost per line to maximize picking efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
- Execute change management initiatives, successfully integrating updated logistics software, RF technologies, and SAP systems.
- Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols across all material handling and forklift operations to maintain a clean, zero-accident facility.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior distribution leadership role within the industrial management sector.
- Relevant post-secondary diploma combined with a proven track record of managing warehouse operational budgets and departmental finances.
- Demonstrated experience using SAP, RF technologies, along with a strong history of executing new picking technology implementations.
- Proven background in change management, performance tracking, and resolving operational bottlenecks under pressure.
- Superior communication, team-building, and organizational skills required to manage high-volume logistics and cross-functional staff effectively.
