Responsibilities
- Direct all daily onsite operations for the Warehouse Manager role, including receiving, picking, and shipping for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Create and manage reports driven from KPI and warehouse reporting data
- Implement and develop a culture of safety including the development of a new Safety Program
- Oversee the Warehouse Manager budgetary targets and manage overhead costs through meticulous financial control parameters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer service levels exceed 97% for first-time order fulfillment.
- Uphold rigorous Health & Safety standards across the facility to ensure a secure environment for all personnel.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pick rates, inventory precision, and warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- You must possess extensive professional experience as a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager within the fast-paced retail or industrial sector.
- You are comfortable supervising and training a small team and implementing Safety Protocols, and SOPs to drive the overall success of the department
- A proven track record of managing high-volume distribution centers with a focus on MRP principles is required.
- You are proficient in using Handheld WMS devices and possess technical exposure to Navision Dynamics/Dynamic 365 Business Central.
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering logistics techniques and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy at 99% of stock value.
- Strong reporting skills and a solid understanding of monitoring and reporting on KPIs
- Strong leadership capabilities with the skill to manage diverse functional teams while meeting strict delivery deadlines.
