Position: Material Coordinator (Maintenance Team Member)

Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process parts/materials requests
- Process returned parts as required
- Stock bin locations with spare parts
- Maintain an organized storeroom
- Collaboration with various departments
- Create bin locations physically and in SAP
- Compare physical stock count to SAP stock
- Ensuring accuracy and reconciling differences
- Conduct inventory cycle counts including physical counts
- Collaborate with MRO team, including purchasers
- Maintaining vendor information attached to material part numbers
- Verifying that parts/materials received conform to the PO and are in good condition
- Purchasing if the quantity of parts/materials does not correspond to the PO or are damaged
- Identify new, used, broken and refurbished spare parts in the warehouse and track in SAP
- Following spare parts disposal process
- Assist to resolve shortfalls in Inventory levels
- Maintain required stock levels of consumables
- Participate in regular strategy planning sessions.
- Ensuring all Chemicals have been approved before releasing into stock
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite considered a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn SAP
- Strong knowledge of MRO parts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
