We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Office Administrator to join our team in Brampton. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of administrative tasks supporting our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and will serve as the critical link between the physical warehouse activities and our administrative systems, directly supporting customer service and communicating with key suppliers and carriers.

Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, support warehouse operations, and maintain accurate records.
- Process shipments, track inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Coordinate directly with suppliers and carriers.
- Arrange pickups and follow up by calling carriers.
- Utilize SAP for printing orders, posting, receiving, and inventory allocation.
- Operate and manage two ERP systems (SAP and internal, for which training will be provided).
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of office administrative skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Steel toed boots are required
