Are you an engaging leader with a track record of driving warehouse productivity and fostering teamwork? Our client, a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions, is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and client-site execution.
In this dynamic multi-site leadership position, you will spend 3 days a week at headquarters in Ville Saint-Laurent directing a dedicated warehouse team of 8 to 10 associates, and 2 days a week at a premier client facility in Boucherville acting as an on-site manager and business partner. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, your leadership will be the driving force behind operational accuracy, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor:
•Supervise, coach, and inspire an internal team of 8 to 10 warehouse associates at the Ville Saint-Laurent headquarters.
•Serve as the on-site operational manager in Boucherville 2 days a week, overseeing third-party contractors and aligning client expectations.
•Assign daily work activities, monitor workflow productivity, and ensure error-free operational execution.
•Instruct associates on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and strict workplace safety guidelines.
•Manage inventory levels, perform merchandise reconciliations, and maintain accurate operational data.
•Proactively resolve operational roadblocks and coach team members to maintain high performance standards.

•Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role (warehouse, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or general operations).
•Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Communication Skills: Professional bilingualism in French and English with exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
•Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed in a warehouse environment.
•Assets: Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience, or military leadership background.
