As a VLM Fulfillment Specialist, your primary focus is the fast and accurate retrieval of components using our automated Vertical Lift Module (VLM). You
will be responsible for executing high-precision order picking, ensuring zero damage to parts, and meeting daily production targets to keep operations running efficiently. This role focuses strictly on picking and does not involve inventory replenishment, stock updates, or quality inspection.
Pay Rate: $21/h
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:55am - 4:25pm (Morning Shift)
Monday to Friday, 4:25pm - 1:00 am (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Gurney Crescent, North York
We are currently hiring for an order picker warehouse associate for a 3-month contract with a possibility for extension and even full-time for the right candidate. If you are a student on an academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do hands-on factory work, we can hire you!
Operating within a high-volume warehouse environment, this position requires extreme attention to detail, strict compliance with system location protocols to prevent inventory discrepancies, and a strong sense of personal accountability.

What You Will Do:
● Automated Retrieval: Utilize barcode scanning equipment to retrieve specific components from the Vertical Lift Module and place them in designated staging locations.
● Order Accuracy Verification: Verify that all picked parts perfectly match order specifications, ensuring the correct part numbers and exact quantities are pulled while strictly adhering to VLM protocols.
● Precision Handling: Handle all pre-inspected components with extreme care to prevent any physical or static damage during the retrieval and staging process.
● Target Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily picking and production targets set by management.
● Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace around the automated machinery, and perform other picking-related duties as assigned.
