Wage: $28/hr (paid weekly)

Responsibilities
- Review and manage employee timecards within Synerion.
- Investigate and resolve missed punches, attendance exceptions, and timekeeping discrepancies.
- Process weekly payroll-related information for full-time employees and temporary agency associates.
- Pull and distribute payroll, attendance, and labor reports.
- Validate employee hours prior to payroll submission.
- Partner with Operations and HR to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and supporting documentation.
- Respond to employee and leadership inquiries related to timekeeping and payroll.
- Perform administrative data entry and record management as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in payroll administration, workforce scheduling, timekeeping, or a related administrative role.
- Experience working with Synerion Time & Attendance is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to clear criminal background check.
