Shift: 7:30 am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $19

Active filing and sorting of documents
Scanning documents using computers and scanners

Lifting and moving file boxes (up to 30–50 lbs)
Qualifications & Requirements
Computer Proficiency: Good basic computer and software skills
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling documents and data
Physical Requirements: Able to sit and stand for extended periods, and physically lift boxes weighing 20–40 lbs
Flexibility: Willing and able to work in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Document Management: Actively file, sort, and organize incoming physical documents according to company archiving protocols.
Digitization & Scanning: High-volume scanning of physical documents using office equipment and computer software, ensuring images are clear and correctly indexed.
Data Entry: Enter document metadata, index codes, and file details accurately into the database system.
Warehouse Storage: Organize, label, and store file boxes within designated warehouse shelf locations.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist with other duties and general support tasks in different areas of the warehouse as needed
Qualifications
Computer Proficiency: Strong foundational computer skills and comfort using scanners, file management systems, and basic office software.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, sorting, and verifying document indexing.
Adaptability: Willingness and flexibility to work across different departments or areas in the warehouse as needed.
