We are seeking two growth-minded, hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to lead daily shift operations at our 375,000 sq. ft. high-volume food distribution center in Etobicoke.
This facility operates a fast-paced, cold-storage environment (0°C to 4°C) managing high-volume produce and meat distribution for premier cross-dock retail accounts (including Walmart distribution).
If you are a true logistics leader who excels on the floor rather than behind a desk, thrives under high-volume pressure, and knows how to motivate a dedicated team, we want to fast-track your application.

-Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and RRSP program.
Responsibilities
-Team Leadership: Directly manage, coach, and evaluate a team of 25–30 warehouse operators and order pickers per shift, ensuring high morale and strict accountability.
-Shift Performance: Oversee the safe execution of either high-volume night picking operations or afternoon outbound shipping, loading, and unloading windows.
-Systems Management: Utilize and coach team members on our newly implemented, advanced Warehouse Management System (Atlas WMS) to maintain absolute inventory accuracy.
-Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety standards, company HACCP, and SQF quality food programs across the entire floor footprint
Qualifications
-Experience: Minimum 3+ years of supervisor or management experience strictly within a Logistics, 3PL, or Distribution Center environment.
(Please note: Manufacturing or production-only backgrounds will not be considered for this role).
-Industry Focus: Proven experience handling food, grocery, cold-chain, or short-shelf-life retail commodities is highly preferred.
-Hands-on Skill: Comfortable managing and directing active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) teams; an active or past forklift/reach truck license is required.
-Tech Literacy: Strong capabilities navigating bar-coding systems and Tier-1/Tier-2 WMS software. Ability to adapt quickly to a new system rollout.
-Work Authorization: Must possess valid, unrestricted work authorization within Canada.
