As our Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person on the warehouse floor, balancing daily operations with a focus on your people. You will manage the schedule, organize resources, and make sure all tasks are finished correctly and on time. Beyond keeping inventory accurate, your main goal is to build a safe, positive environment where the team feels motivated and supported.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: Sunday – Thursday (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Base Pay: $24.00 per hour
Night Premium: +$0.85 per hour
Prior experience as a team lead is essential for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire the team to meet and exceed KPI targets through effective leadership.
- Provide employee orientation, necessary tools, and promote a culture of health and safety.
- Various admin & data entry duties
- Perform hands-on warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping.
- Manage daily paperwork (BOLs, cycle counts) and submit reports with actionable performance plans.
- Maintaining a clean worksite
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Must have own safety shoes
- Willingness to be on your feet throughout the day
- Forklift driver license ( Reach, Order Picker and fall arrest) considered an asset.
