Compensation & Shift Details
Location: Cambridge
Pay Rate: $44.00 – $46.00 per hour
Shift: Weekend Warrior (Friday – Sunday)
Hours: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm
Incentives: Includes a 4-hour weekend shift bonus plus ample opportunities for additional overtime.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Mechanical Integrity: Install, diagnose, and overhaul complex manufacturing machinery and electrical systems.
System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical failures in production equipment to minimize downtime.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM programs to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Fabrication & Rigging: Perform custom machining, welding, and fabrication; lead rigging operations for equipment relocation or installation.
Facility Support: Maintain the physical plant structure and supporting utility systems.
Collaboration: Work effectively as a solo technician or as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team under the direction of the Lead Hand.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 6+ years as an Industrial Millwright, with a strong preference for candidates from a metal stamping or heavy industrial background.
Certification: Valid 433A Millwright License (Red Seal highly preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.
Safety & Compliance: Certified (or able to be certified) for Forklift, Crane, and Working at Heights.
Precision: High attention to detail with a commitment to "first-time-right" workmanship
