Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds using the MIG process for the creation of various metal parts and components.
Collaborate closely with the senior workshop professional to assist in the completion of complex and large-scale projects.
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication that meets specific client requirements.
Prepare work surfaces and metal parts before assembly to guarantee the strength and aesthetics of the weld joints.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by strictly following the health and safety standards in force at the plant.
Make the necessary adjustments to welding equipment to optimize performance and the quality of daily production
Qualifications
Possess relevant practical experience in the field of welding, ideally with mastery of the MIG process. (Minimum 2 years experience)
Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in welding and fitting, which is considered a major asset for your application.
Demonstrate an excellent ability to work in a team and a willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues.
Show great manual precision and a sharp attention to detail to meet custom manufacturing standards.
Be able to read and understand simple technical instructions as well as basic engineering drawings.
Display a proactive attitude, exemplary punctuality, and a sincere commitment to the quality of the work performed.
