- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM & Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:45 PM
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Responsibilities
Accurately fit and weld heavy structural steel components, including large-scale columns, industrial beams, and custom fabrications.
Decode intricate engineering blueprints, detailed shop drawings, and complex schematics to guarantee flawless layouts and accurate component assembly.
Execute precision tack welding and strategic staging to keep the fabrication line moving smoothly and efficiently down the floor.
Utilize both traditional manual welding gear and cutting-edge robotic welding technology (don't worry if you haven't used robotics before—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training).
Champion workplace safety by rigorously following shop protocols, keeping your station spotless, and working seamlessly with the rest of the trades team.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Certified Journeypersons are highly sought after, but highly motivated apprentices with a strong desire to hone their craft are absolutely encouraged to apply!
Certifications: You must hold active and valid CWB FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) tickets covering all positions.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in deciphering structural blueprints, executing exact measurements, and managing complex steel layouts.
Flexibility: Openness to taking on night or evening schedules based on current workflow and peak production demands.
Mindset: A steadfast work ethic, rock-solid reliability, and a collaborative, positive attitude on the shop floor.
