Core Responsibilities
Precision Machining: Execute complex CNC programs to produce high-tolerance components that meet exacting architectural standards.
Technical Interpretation: Translate architectural drawings and CAD files into tangible results with absolute accuracy.
System Calibration: Perform meticulous setups and tool changes, ensuring every machine is perfectly tuned for unique, custom runs.
Material Mastery: Manage high-grade wood stocks with an eye for grain matching and waste reduction, maximizing both aesthetic and yield.

The Resume: A proven track record in CNC machining, specifically within the high-end cabinetry or architectural woodworking sectors.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate wood-specific CNC machines
Load and align raw materials to prepare for machining cycles
Monitor the cutting process to ensure parts are accurate and troubleshoot any issues
Perform basic daily maintenance and cleaning to keep machines running smoothly
Follow all safety protocols and use guards to ensure a safe working environment
Inspect finished parts using calipers and hand tools to verify they match the work order
Handle and stack finished wood products carefully to prevent damage to the finish
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience operating CNC machines
Previous experience specifically within a woodworking or furniture manufacturing shop
Hands-on experience with CNC Equipment
Ability to read work orders and follow technical instructions accurately
Comfortable using manual tools like calipers, chisels, and files for fine adjustments
Strong commitment to shop safety and hazard reporting
