Regularly communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on the status of the program, including key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Identify and implement best practices and industry standards for digital transformation within an agile methodology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Work with partnered vendors to deliver requirements provided by various stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in digital technology and recommend relevant strategies and solutions for the organization, ideally within the insurance industry.
Act as a champion for the digital transformation program, promoting awareness and buy-in across the organization through communication, training, and support.
Qualifications
Salesforce Role: Experience with Salesforce solutions and their implementation.
Data Projects Role: Specific experience in managing data projects, including the implementation and optimization of Snowflake and Data Lake.
IT/Business Projects Role: Experience in managing IT/Business projects, including the implementation of software solutions and IT infrastructures.
University degree in business, technology, or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the insurance or automotive industries.
Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing IT portfolios, IT projects, resource assignments, and leveling (10 to 15 years).
Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation are an asset, for example, a high level of technical proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (ideally with PMP/PMI).
Proven experience as a program manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex digital transformation initiatives in an agile framework.
Deep understanding of digital technologies, processes, and best practices, including areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, enterprise applications, ideally in the insurance sector.
Experience working with IT teams or in the insurance sector is preferred.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an agile methodology.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change in a collaborative and influential manner.
