Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business technology projects according to PMBOK standards and best practices.
• Manage the implementation of new Yardi modules and oversee continuous improvement efforts for finance systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising internal IT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and reach consensus on critical decisions.
• Execute organizational change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technical processes.
• Prioritize competing demands across multiple workstreams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
Qualifications
• Minimum of eight years of IT project management experience following PMBOK guidelines.
• At least five years of experience managing medium to large technology projects with significant budgets and complexity.
• Five years of hands-on experience with Yardi, specifically with Forecast IQ, Smart AP, or finance modules.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training.
