Montreal, May 7, 2026 — Randstad Canada announces a leadership transition as Patrick Poulin steps down after 21 years with the organization, and two longstanding Randstad Canada leaders will now co-lead the organization in its next chapter. The appointments of Marie-Eve Robitaille as Division President, Professional Talent Solutions (PTS), and Marie-Pier Bédard as Division President, Operational Talent Solutions (OTS), is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing growth opportunities for its employees, further demonstrated by its recent recognition from Women in Governance (WiG) for its direction, culture, and policies that support equity at all levels in the organization.

Randstad Canada will continue to operate with a locally anchored leadership structure, reinforcing its commitment to the Canadian market. This evolution also reflects Randstad's focus on four specializations as part of its global Partner for Talent strategy, ensuring that talent and clients within Canada receive the specific expertise they are looking for by deeply understanding their industries, markets and skills needs.

During his tenure, Patrick played a pivotal role in shaping Randstad Canada’s success, strengthening the business and establishing positive momentum that positions the organization for above-market growth under new leadership.

With two decades of dedication each, Marie-Eve Robitaille and Marie-Pier Bédard stand as pillars of the  Canadian leadership team. Their 20-year journey with Randstad fuels an immense passion for the company’s purpose, values, people, and competitive spirit.

“I am thrilled to see these two exceptional leaders step into these executive roles,” adds Marc-Etienne Julien, CEO, Randstad North America. “Marie-Eve and Marie-Pier will bring everything that defines Randstad Canada – our people, our deep local understanding backed by global strength, excellent execution, and the values that have guided us for decades – into a world where speed, expertise, and experience matter more than ever. Together, their leadership will enable Randstad Canada to remain a disruptive force, and I know they are ready to take it to the next level.”

Together, Marie-Eve Robitaille and Marie-Pier Bédard are focused on continuing to drive operational excellence, agility, and innovation as Randstad Canada evolves and embraces new ways of serving customers and talent. They are helping to build a future for Randstad where digital speed, human care, and accountability work in harmony – where every interaction is seamless, every opportunity is accessible, and every consultant operates at a higher value as a true partner for talent.
