Randstad’s Engineering division is growing in the GTA and is searching for its next Recruitment Advisor to join forces with our team. The Recruitment Advisor holds a key position that involves both client development/acquisition and candidate attraction. If you’re ready to take your recruitment career to the next level, this is your opportunity to help us shape our recruitment practice in the Guelph area.

Based in our Guelph Branch, you would typically accomplish the following missions with a great amount of autonomy:

• Focus on personal sales, with an emphasis on new business development, client management and business relationship expansion
• Conduct effective client visits understanding their needs and hiring processes
• Understand, deliver, negotiate contracts and maintain contact with all clients
• Build an understanding of the market/industry, including trends, market intelligence
• Develop and grow a focused candidate database while maintaining top tier results
• Build strong relationships with candidates providing guidance in their career development
• Identify candidate suitability and match to appropriate job opportunities
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively while meeting monthly targets
• Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal sales teams

What would a Recruitment Advisor need to be successful?

• 2-3 years of sales/recruitment experience in a Recruiting Agency
• A previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Proven track record of sales targets achievement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and oral
• Ability to build long-term and trusted business relationships and work with a team
• An enhanced self-motivation
• Adept at negotiating contracts and closing sales in a fast paced environment
• A valid driver's licence
