we work with job seekers on a daily basis
Randstad Canada is the largest professional HR services firm in the country, so we know a thing or two about what motivates job seekers. We work closely with people looking for jobs every day. We combined our deep knowledge of the market with our experience working with job seekers to help you crack the talent code and better understand what job seekers actually want from their employers.
-
we surveyed canadians about what they want
In October 2021, Randstad Canada conducted a survey in partnership with Ipsos to break down exactly what Canadians want from their job. We surveyed 1,000 employed Canadians, asking them to rank how important different benefits and workplace perks are to them. We surveyed a diverse group of Canadians spanning different age groups, genders, occupations and more to gain a broad understanding of what they look for in a benefits package.
-
we cover every element of a job offer
We looked at a variety of different categories to understand the many facets that make up a compelling job offer. In our brochures, we cover everything you need to know to compose an amazing benefits package that current and future employees can't say no to, including traditional benefits, workplace flexibility, family care, health and wellness, job security, upskilling, career advancement, rewards and recognition, leadership, social responsibility and work tools and set up.
