The administrative employee provides essential support to company operations by performing a variety of office tasks. He or she ensures the organization, processing and efficient circulation of internal and external information.

Responsibilities
🎯 Main responsibilities:
Handle incoming telephone calls and emails.
Prepare, correct and format administrative documents (reports, letters, tables, etc.).
Classify and archive physical or electronic files.
Update databases, spreadsheets and internal documents.
Support billing, orders, or basic accounting (depending on department).
Qualifications
🎓 Qualifications required:
High school diploma required (DES).
DEP or DEC in office automation, or relevant secretarial or administrative experience (preferred).
Relevant experience in an office environment (1 to 3 years recommended).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English an asset).
Organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
