We are looking for an administrative assistant for a temporary 2-month contract, as part of a replacement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a stimulating administrative environment, located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Advantages

Work environment
Full time 9am to 5pm
Salary: $24/hour
Responsibilities
Diary and e-mail management
Customer follow-up
Answering calls
Support for various administrative tasks as part of an experienced team
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English)
Organizational skills and thoroughness
Good communication skills
Knowledge of EXCEL and Microsoft suite
