Position: Operations Officer I
Pay : $ 20.65 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Location: Montreal (Hybrid - Onsite 2-3 days/week)

Responsibilities
Manage government requests via various channels, categorize information, and execute transactions according to SLAs. Validate information, make adjustments, and respond to requests effectively. Prioritize workload, adhere to regulations, maintain confidentiality, and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
Bilingual (French/English) is essential. Demonstrate basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Possess strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle high-volume work. Prior banking experience and a financial background are definite assets.
