Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Work with managers to define recruitment needs.
Publish job offers and attract the best candidates.
Interview and screen candidates.
Use an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and managers.
Participate in recruitment events.
Analyze data and produce reports.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Full bilingualism (English and French)
- 1+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Nice to Have: Workday experience
