As a Change Management Advisor, you will play a key role in understanding the vision, strategic issues, and needs of the sector. Understand the organization's vision, strategic priorities, and sector-specific business needs.
Provide strong leadership and expertise in change management within the context of organizational transformation.
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to design, lead, and implement change management strategies that deliver tangible value.
Listen actively, clarify needs, and support stakeholders in refining their requirements to identify effective, value-added solutions.
Lead or contribute to transformation initiatives involving a diverse range of internal and external experts.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners, including Talent and Culture teams.
Work in alignment with other change management advisors to ensure consistency and coherence across initiatives.
Support the evolution of the change management practice and contribute to the rollout of future innovative initiatives.
Ensure compliance with change management standards and practices established by the center of excellence.
Qualifications
7 to 8 years of experience in change management within large organizations, including the successful delivery of organizational transformation mandates.
Strong systems thinking abilities with the capacity to take a high-level view and interpret situations strategically.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including managers and directors.
Diplomatic and politically astute, with a professional approach to collaboration with leadership.
Demonstrates a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, with strong ethical standards.
Open-minded, emotionally intelligent, and self-aware in professional interactions.
Experience in organizational design is considered a valuable asset.
Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management, psychology, human resources).
