Reporting to the Vice-President, the candidate hired for this position will ensure the smooth running of internal and employee services, including maintenance and supply of work areas, catering, inventory management and coordination of technical maintenance or repair services.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
-Check that all necessary equipment (e.g., coffee machines) is functioning and ready for use
-Ensure that common areas are tidy (e.g., reception, lounges), including the arrangement of chairs,
straightening of magazines or materials, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance
-Ensure that meeting and conference rooms are ready for scheduled events, including cleaning,
organizing, arranging chairs, and removing used items between meetings
-Stock shared office supplies (e.g., pens, paper, notepads) in common areas
-Ensure that the bistro, kitchen, and indoor restrooms are well-stocked, clean, and organized;
ensure that kitchens and bistros have sufficient inventory, clean the coffee machines
-Load and unload the dishwasher as needed
-Monitor waste and recycling in the kitchen and common areas, removing them when full
-Notify the office manager or building services of low supplies, installation issues, or plumbing or
maintenance problems
-Assist with internal deliveries or the movement of supplies (e.g. packages, mail).
-Replace the receptionist during her breaks, vacations, or at any time when necessary.
Qualifications
-College diploma or equivalent
-At least one (1) year of experience in internal services
-Excellent oral and writing skills in French and English
-Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients and team members
-Aptitude for multi-tasking and ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Excellent time-management and organizational skills
-Diligent, meticulous and detail-oriented
