Reporting to general management, the administrative coordinator plays a central role in supporting the company's operations, production and day-to-day administrative management.

Responsibilities
đŻ Main responsibilities:
Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, file follow-up) đâïž
Prepare and process various administrative documents: order forms, invoices, production reports đ
Assist management in planning meetings, coordinating schedules and managing priorities đïž
Keep files and databases up to date (customers, suppliers, employees) đïž
Monitor office supplies and manage orders đŠ
Work with the production and human resources departments to support day-to-day administrative needs đ€
Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of files đ
Qualifications

Qualifications required:
DEP, AEC or DEC in administration, office automation or related field đ
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative position, ideally in a manufacturing or SME environment
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) đ»
Organisational skills, ability to manage several priorities at once
Autonomy, discretion and professional rigour
