Advantages

Competitive salary of $25 to $32/hour
Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Temporary contract until March 2026 with potential for permanency
On-site parking available

Responsibilities
Site administrator Quebec Bilingual
Manage site office needs: IT, supplies, maintenance, and overall logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations) and provide daily on-site administrative support.
Collect and submit weekly timesheets to Head Office; enter data in SAP (purchase orders, invoices).
Handle purchase requisitions, track orders, and manage commercial documentation.
Assist with weekly and monthly cost and cash flow reporting.
Organize, file, and maintain all administrative records related to the project site.
Qualifications
Site administrator Quebec Bilingual
Fully bilingual (French and English – written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Knowledge of the construction industry or project-based work (an asset)
Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with a high level of autonomy and flexibility
