Responsibilities
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the main responsibilities will include:
Assessing credit reports, bank statements, and financial references to establish customer credit limits, in accordance with current authorization policies
Ensuring the update and monitoring of credit limits and data related to various entities
Overseeing accounts on credit hold and following up with clients and sales representatives as needed
Performing collection activities for overdue accounts
Analyzing the causes of disputes or irregularities on accounts
Conducting credit investigations
Managing accounts on hold
Verifying the compliance of waiver documents
Participating in SOX audits
Performing any other tasks related to credit management and accounts receivable follow-up
Qualifications
Do you have the required qualifications?
AEC, DEP, or DEC in Accounting (an asset)
8 to 10 years of experience in accounting
Good knowledge of Excel
Bilingualism (English/French)
Autonomy and proactivity
Dynamic and committed
