We are looking for a dynamic and motivated customer service representative to join the team of a well-established company in the field of industrial safety, catering and professional cleaning products. This one-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension and permanent status, is an excellent opportunity to put your sales and customer service skills to good use in a stimulating environment. Responsibilities
Handle customer service calls for orders, payments and refunds.
Accurately capture customer orders, identify their needs, suggest complementary products and inform about current promotions.
Make outbound calls to existing customers.
Ensure complete follow-up of the order cycle, from order entry to invoicing, communicating lead times and possible product substitutions.
Work closely with various internal departments (pricing, credit) and managers on sales strategies.
Resolve customer problems and complaints in an efficient and courteous manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' direct work experience in customer service and sales functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (data entry, e-mail).
Ability to communicate primarily in French (70% of tasks).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
