As a member of a specialized team, you will support efforts related to account management and operational coordination. Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll work with a range of internal and external contacts to manage sensitive cases, handle asset-related matters, and help resolve complex issues. Hours of operation - Mon to Fri - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Oversee late-stage collections and coordinate asset repossessions to minimize losses
- Conduct thorough investigations, including skip tracing, to make informed recovery decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., bailiffs, repair shops) on case strategies
- Ensure timely asset recovery and resolve liens to safeguard organizational investments
- Maintain accurate case records and identify ways to improve recovery processes
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in account management, collections, operations, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Analytical mindset with good judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Spoken languages like - French and Punjabi are an asset
- Familiarity with relevant legal or regulatory frameworks is considered an advantage
