Responsibilities
Job: Dispatcher
Industry: Moving and storage
Work Location: Québec area
Salary: 55-65K
Plan daily moving routes
Assign teams, coordinate equipment, and adjust plans in real time to handle curveballs.
Be the main client contact, resolving issues smoothly and professionally.
Monitor active moves, keep trucks moving at all times.
Manage transportation documents
Support billing, ensure fleet compliance, and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications

Experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination.
Fully bilingual – French and English required (80% of clientele is English-speaking).
Comfortable with basic tech tools: Exchange, QuickBooks (super user-friendly).
Thrives under pressure, especially during moving peak times like July 1st.
Resourceful, well-organized, empathetic, and assertive when needed.
