The Role at a Glance
Title: Estimator
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Salary: Between $70,000 and $90,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Estimator, your daily tasks will be crucial:
Perform quantity take-offs using the company's standard forms.
Analyze and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy, competitiveness, and project compliance.
Develop comprehensive cost tables: labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, margin, etc.
Obtain necessary bids and quotes from suppliers and partners.
Actively participate in project feasibility analysis and propose value-added options.
Work closely with design, architectural, and engineering teams.
Interpret plans and specifications, even when incomplete.
Develop strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the estimation process.
Draft detailed analysis reports for completed project post-mortems.
Maintain the company's estimation database.
Ensure smooth and effective communication among all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The Profile We're Looking For
This Estimator role is for you if you have:
Between 3 and 7 years of experience in estimation, particularly in retail or comparable projects.
A strong command of legal construction documents and forms.
Solid organizational skills and excellent priority management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A sharp eye for detail, rigor, and high reliability.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a team, while also working autonomously.
Good adaptability to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
