Advantages
The benefits of this Inside Sales Representative position are:
- A salary of $24/hr + quarterly commission (approximately $1000)
- A permanent position with weekday hours
- RRSP and TFSA
- 2 weeks vacation + the company is closed during the holiday season
- Strong potential for advancement, a human team where helping each other is a must!
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this Inside Sales Representative position are:
- Outbound product sales
- Prospecting calls (with clear objectives) to increase turnover
- Answering incoming calls from customers (customer service)
- Follow-up requests in the database
Qualifications
To apply for this position you must have:
- Sales experience (cold calling)
- Perfect English and French, as most market development is national
- Significant telephone experience to bring your knowledge to the role
- Experience in the beauty industry, a strong asset
