As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in providing technical support for the software solution once in production, participating in the team's skill development regarding Salesforce. Responsibilities
Take part in the team’s Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) to support coordination and continuous improvement.
Provide post-deployment technical support, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Assist the team in developing and maintaining clear technical documentation, while promoting adherence to best practices.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing .NET components to ensure stability and performance.
Act as a Salesforce technical mentor, helping the team grow their skills and providing guidance on complex tasks.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to identify and troubleshoot integration issues between Salesforce and legacy systems.
Maintain strong awareness of information security and data privacy throughout all development and support activities.
Remain available to assist with occasional production releases as needed.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of modern development environments, with hands-on experience using Visual Studio Code and Salesforce-specific extensions, including sf-cli.
Proven ability to share technical knowledge clearly and effectively with peers.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, containers, and virtualization tools such as Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze and respond to technical challenges.
High level of autonomy, with a detail-oriented and improvement-focused mindset.
Comfortable working within an Agile team, actively contributing to ceremonies and collaborative efforts.
Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot is considered a valuable asset.
