We're looking for a dedicated and skilled L&D Project Manager to join our team at a leading financial institution. This is a 6-month contract, which requires the Project Manager to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto two days per week.

• Utilize SharePoint for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective L&D strategies.
• Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create engaging training presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate learning objectives and content.
• Schedules, organizes, and tracks all L&D sessions and workshops.
• Takes ownership of deliverables.
• Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate project status and interactions.
• Possesses the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Serves as the face of L&D, demonstrating value to the organization on programs and projects.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and instructional presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing internal training sites using SharePoint, including site architecture, content organization, and user experience design.
• Background in Risk and Audit, with familiarity in developing training aligned with internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with an objective approach.
• Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to Have
• Project management experience, particularly in L&D Projects.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, including course creation using Storyline and Rise.
• Proficiency in Camtasia, with the ability to produce high-quality instructional videos and screen recordings.
