Advantages
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, flexible hours
- Salary varies from 45k to 47k depending on experience
- Insurance provided after 3 months probation
- 2 weeks vacation
- Hybrid 3 days from home / 2 in office after training
- Opportunity for career advancement
Responsibilities
- Process clients requests and provide constant updates regarding shipments.
- Communication with internal operations team for ETDs/ETAs
- Follow-up on documents, customs and certificates
- Organize shipment final invoices, filing and record payables
- Support logistics coordinators with additional administrative and customer service tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Good knowledge of transportation
- Knowledge of CargoWise (asset)
- Autonomous, resourceful and able to work as part of a team
