Advantages
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, flexible hours
- Salary 50k, yearly revisions
- Insurance provided after 3 months probation
- 2 weeks vacation
- 3 days work from home and 2 in office, after training
- Opportunity for career advancement
Responsibilities
- Communication with head office for details of next container.
- Set up the file (details of batches, description of products by customer, etc.)
- Follow-up on documents and certificates
- Send documents to customs broker and customers in time to obtain customs release and documents for CFIA inspection
- Send details to warehouse and make appointment for reception
- Send pick-up/delivery details to carrier for delivery to warehouse
- Organize delivery of orders once release has been received
- Invoice file and record payables
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Good knowledge of transportation
- Knowledge of CargoWise (asset)
- Autonomous, resourceful and able to work as part of a team
