Responsibilities
As a Payroll and Benefits Administration manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Provide leadership and guidance to payroll and benefit administrators, ensuring that tasks are executed according to expected standards, and that overall service levels are maintained;
• Collect data/documentation and mantain the employee files with documentation and ensure data is properly reflected in SAP SuccesFactors;
• Accurate and timely review of Employee data changes affecting pay, classification, leave status, shift status, or personal data to ensure accuracy of current information in SAP SuccessFactors, and other local country systems;
• Oversee timekeeping administration and policy maintenance for areas of responsibility, including inquiries, updates, and improvements;
• Provide guidance/training to new hires and managers about timekeeping;
• Process payroll and benefit adjustments, ensuring proper backup documentation exists in line with internal control procedures;
• Monitor activities, audits, and functional performance to lead continuous improvement and compliance;
• Manage benefits enrollments, terminations and other changes and admister leave of absences ensuring proper documentation is received, and that process is administered efffectively, keeping all relevant parties informed;
• Collect data/documentation and mantain the employee files with documentation and ensure data is properly reflected in SAP SuccesFactors;
• Handles Tier 2 employee questions regarding payroll benefits, taxes, leaves, timekeeping, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Here are the skills and minimum experience required for the position:
• A minimum of 6 years experience with payroll
• Multi-country payroll and benefit administration;
• Bilingual in English and French required;
• SAP success factors knowledge (a great asset);
• Payroll Certified (a great asset);
• Scolarship degree in accounting, HR or equivalent ;
• Detail oriented & decision making & problem solving experience.
