Press Operator will work towards increasing operational and customer satisfaction. In this role the
operator is expected to run a modern gearless wide web 8 color Flexographic Press and experience
in using solvent-based inks.

Salary: $30 - $35 /hour

Responsibilities
Set-up and run 8 color Flexographic Press Machine
Work with solvent-based inks
Diligently read the Production Sheets and understand the printing instructions.
Adjusting the speed of the press according to the run time
Responsible for delivering the entire printing job using the correct type of ink, plates and
materials as specified
Achieve production targets while maintaining the quality
Monitor regular press runs for quality control
Communicate with Press Helpers and Supervisors regarding the status of the job
Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and the work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or Certification in Printing
2-5 years of experience running the Gearless Flexo Press Machine
Ability to work with team and complete the setup within the allocated time.
Ability to bend and lift up-to 50 lbs
Good Mechanical Aptitude
Good time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess knowledge in Health & Safety Standards
