We are looking for a Project Assistant for our Retail Department. You will act as a resource person for internal projects, while supervising a small team and ensuring effective coordination of day-to-day operations.

Work schedule 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs/week
Salary: $50,000 to $54,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Support project managers in planning, monitoring and executing projects
Excel reports
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the retail department
Manage priorities, schedules and task allocation
Participate in team meetings and monitor project progress
Maintain excellent customer service, both internal and external
Suggest improvements to operational processes
Qualifications
Profile required:
Experience in project coordination or administrative support
Bilingualism
Ability to manage a small team and demonstrate leadership
Organizational skills, autonomy and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) strong Excel skills
