Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of all company purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the company’s purchasing needs
Request quotes and proposals
Negotiate contract terms with suppliers
Establish delivery schedules and ensure proper follow-up
Manage inventory levels
Communicate with suppliers and clients in case of issues
Ensure the distribution of equipment and materials to relevant departments
Develop and implement purchasing policies
Qualifications
Technical DEC (an asset)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has strong analytical skills
Is autonomous and self-driven
Has the ability to learn and work with IT systems
Is comfortable working with data (Excel)
Demonstrates the ability to successfully coordinate multiple complex activities/projects simultaneously
Is results-oriented
Shows strong organizational skills and independence in managing tasks and responsibilities
