📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, daytime hours
💰 Salary: $21 to $23/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Process and manage customer orders accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Qualifications
Experience in customer service (experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment is an asset)
Bilingualism (French/English) is required, both spoken and written
Comfortable with technology and order processing tools
Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team spirit
