Responsibilities
Facilitate cross-disciplinary assessment sessions spanning information security, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, procurement, data governance, and asset management.
Serve as the central point of contact for IT request intake: perform initial triage, evaluate risk, manage WIP limits, enforce SLA metrics, and route inquiries through ticketing platforms.
Lead Agile events (Daily Standups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to promote team accountability, remove operational blockers, and track performance using cycle time, throughput, and aging charts.
Gather business and technical requirements, map process flows, define acceptance criteria, and create clear operational documentation to streamline request pathways.
Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, enhance automation across pipelines, and foster continuous process improvement.
Communicate with clarity and empathy when resolving request blockers or providing constructive feedback to key organizational stakeholders.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in IT delivery coordination, Agile facilitation, PMO, or IT Service Management within regulated or complex corporate environments.
Proven experience guiding multi-disciplinary governance committees and steering cross-functional alignment.
Strong mastery of Agile and Lean methodologies, including practical application of flow metrics (cycle time, WIP management, throughput).
Hands-on proficiency with enterprise ticketing and collaboration platforms (such as Jira Service Management, Confluence, or ServiceNow).
Solid foundational knowledge of information security principles, solution architecture, cloud environments, and procurement lifecycle operations.
Practical background in business analysis: eliciting needs, drafting clear acceptance criteria, and creating as-is/to-be process mappings.
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; recognized Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO) are strong assets.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
