In this strategic role, you will act as a true financial advisor to business units and management, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting key growth, investment and optimization decisions.
Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst – Strategic Business Partner
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 115K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner for several business units: understand business issues, challenge assumptions and make informed financial recommendations.
- Actively participate in the budget process, financial forecasts, quarterly performance reviews and variance analyses.
- Produce strategic financial analyses supporting growth initiatives, investments and corporate decision-making.
- Develop and automate robust financial models to simulate different scenarios.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and the executive committee, with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes (tools, reports, dashboards).
- Support the execution of special projects: mergers/acquisitions, restructuring, new markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in FP&A, performance management and financial modeling.
- Excellent team management, coaching and talent mobilization skills.
- Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
