Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to understand and review requirements to ensure completeness before functional analysis.
Facilitate the selection and analysis of the best technological options, considering project objectives, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.
Refine user stories based on business needs and existing functionalities within the Guidewire software.
Work with various IT groups to identify solutions for improving existing processes.
Support business teams in developing testing strategies.
Write reference documents and review existing documentation.
Assist users in evaluating and planning project workloads.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration (with IT), Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
Knowledge of the insurance industry.
Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements in a software configuration context.
Familiarity with Guidewire Billing Center or similar accounts receivable applications.
Guidewire certifications.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks or methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
